17 people (a woman with a newborn baby and 15 men) crossed the Mediterranean from Africa to Lampedusa in this wooden boat. In 2022, thanks to the efforts of Signum Foundation, in agreement with the island’s authorities and officials of the Adm dell’Ufficio delle Dogane del Canale di Sicilia, with the support of MEP Pietro Bartolo, who was a doctor at the Lampedusa
